VUELAPATAS is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. You can exercise your rights by writing to us from the contact page.
What data we collect
Whatever you type into the quote and contact forms: name, email address, phone number, origin and destination cities, and the description of your pet. If you book a transfer, also the details needed for the health and transport paperwork.
What we use it for
Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare the quote and, if you book, manage the transfer and its paperwork. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build commercial profiles from it.
Who it is shared with
Only with those essential for the trip to happen: the airline and the accredited vet who signs the health certificate. We do not sell or hand over data to third parties for commercial purposes.
The tracking number exposes nobody
The public tracking page shows only the status of the transfer, the route and the milestones. It does not show the owner’s name, phone number, email address or home address: those details are visible to internal staff only.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for twelve months. Files for completed transfers are kept for five years, which is the period during which liability for the service can be claimed.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to its processing. Just write to us: we reply within thirty days at most.
