What is included and what is not
The price we give you is firm. If anything changes, we talk about it first: it does not turn up on the final invoice.
Included
- Door-to-door pickup and delivery
- An approved crate in the right size
- Handling of every document
- Live tracking and an alert at every step
- Boarding if a flight is delayed on our side
- Transport insured up to USD 5,000
Charged separately
- Any missing vaccinations or treatments, which your own vet bills
- The vet appointment, if the certificate has to be issued
- Date changes requested with less than 72 hours’ notice
- A hub stay when the delay is not our doing

The form is fine for unhurried enquiries. If your pet has to leave this week, it is quicker if we speak directly.
