A two-minute form, a phone call, or you drop into the office with your pet. We need the origin and destination cities, species, breed, weight and age. And any medical condition, too.
We check vaccinations, microchip and health certificate. If everything is in order, the check-up is done and the crate is prepared to size right there. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what it is and how long it takes: usually a vet appointment within 24 or 48 hours.
We pick up at your door. A photo before boarding, a heads-up at takeoff, temperature monitoring in flight and confirmation of unloading with the ramp crew.
A vet check on arrival and delivery to the new door. After 48 hours we call to hear how your pet is settling in.
What takes time is not us: it is whatever your pet is missing. If everything is current, it leaves today.
